Rents Range from $850 to $950

Security & Cleaning Deposit: $900 ($700 refundable)

Lease Terms: "Month to Month" unless otherwise defined in rental agreement.

Apartments are approximately 825 square feet of living space. Apartments are two bedrooms with one bathroom. All apartments are unfurnished with the exception of a stove/oven and a refrigerator.

Knotts Apartments does NOT allow:

Smoking, Alcohol or Pets (Dogs, Cats, Snakes, Gerbils, etc...) on the premises.

No Exceptions.
